In Anguilla, a Taste of Naples

This is the Caribbean’s newest pizzeria.

One of the Caribbean’s culinary capitals (one that has more than 100 restaurants to its credit) has a new addition to its portfolio: an authentic Neopolitan kitchen.

The new eatery is called Artisan, and it’s located in the area of Island Harbour.

The restaurant has a traditional Stefano Ferrara wood-fired brick-oven imported from Naples.

While pizza is the star attraction, Artisan also offers foods like homemade, fresh-prepared fettuccine or spaghetti, among other Italian specialties like homemade gelato and sorbet.
