Rum Journal: The Pink Passion at Puerto Rico’s Condado Plaza Hilton

If only finding love were as easy as the recipe for this rosy and romantic refresher from Puerto Rico’s Condado Plaza Hilton’s Café Caribe. Made with coconut-flavored rum, it’s a tropical twist on the traditional strawberry lemonade the ladies are sure to love.

Ingredients
1.5 ounces    DonQ Coco coconut rum
2 oounces     strawberry syrup
2 ounces       lemonade
1                      cherry
1                      orange Slice

Method
Mix together DonQ Coco and strawberry syrup. Pour over ice into glass and top with fresh lemonade. Garnish glass with cherry and orange slice.
