Jamaica’s Hilton Rose Hall Sold; Aimbridge Hospitality to Manage Property

Aimbridge Hospitality has been tapped to manage the Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa in Jamaica following the acquisition of the property by Sagicor.

The property was put on the market last year by investment firm Blackstone. Sagicor owns three other hotel properties in Jamaica.

The move is effective immediately; the hotel will continue to operate as Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa, although it will be managed by Aimbridge.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Guests will continue to have access to Hilton benefits and book in the Hilton Hhonors loyalty programme, the company said.

The 489-room property is located on 1,800 feet of private beach; it also includes 41,000 square feet of meeting space.

Aimbridge owns and/or manages more than 200 hotels comprising nearly 27,000 rooms across the United States and the Caribbean.
