A New Brand Takes Over at Havana’s Largest Hotel

There is a new brand at the largest hotel in Havana.

Memories has taken over management at the former Occidental Miramar Havana, the largest hotel in Cuba’s capital.

The 427-room hotel is now the first “city” hotel in the portfolio of Memories, which is a brand of Canada’s Sunwing.

Canada the largest source market for tourists to Cuba.

The property includes two restaurants and a snack bar along with two bars.

The hotel’s event space also includes space for up to 200 guests, according to Memories.

The hotel is located in the Miramar residential section of Havana.
