Above: Las Olas Residences in Aruba

This is the newest condominium design in the Caribbean, courtesy of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Adache Group Architects.
The eight-story Las Olas Residences will be located on the Caribbean island of Aruba, featuring 48 luxury units, each of which will have 360-degree views.
It is the brainchild of developer PalmAruba Group.
The property will include an infinity edge pool, a fitness centre, golf-cart charging stations and even a bird-watching tower overlooking a bird sanctuary.
The project is located between Aruba’s Palm Beach and Eagle Beach, and is set to begin construction in late 2015.
That includes a target completion date of early 2017.
