Caribbean Photo of the Day: An Empty Beach in Nassau

Above: Orange Hill Beach (Caribbean Journal photo)

By the Caribbean Journal staff

While you may not realize it, the Bahamian island of New Providence is home to a multitude of classic white-sand beaches with one common quality: they’re frequently empty.

Take a short ride away from downtown and Paradise Island past Cable Beach, and you’ll find a great, untouched beach seemingly every block.

Our Photo of the Day takes you to Orange Hill Beach, one of our favourites in Nassau, home to the Orange Hill boutique hotel.
