It’s one of the world’s most iconic places: Sugarloaf Mountain in Brazil.
But did you know it has a counterpart in the Caribbean?
It’s called Pain de Sucre, or Sugar Bread, and it’s the most famous spot on the tiny island of Terre de Haut in the Guadeloupe Islands.
Getting there involves a five to 10-minute trek down a hillside, but it’s more than worth the trip.
Of course, make sure you bring a Ti’ Punch, not a Caipirinha.
