New air service has launched between St Kitts and the United States Virgin Islands.
The new flights are operated by St Croix-based Hummingbird Air, which has launched weekend service from St Croix and St Thomas to St Kitts.
The flights will operate on Fridays and Sundays, with separate St Croix-St Kitts and St Kitts-St Thomas flights.
According to Lionel Berridge, general manager for Kisco Travel, the air carrier’s local agents in St Kitts, the company is “satisfied” with the load factor to date.
The planes carry 10 passengers and cargo.
