Haiti’s Kolektif 509 will be holding its third exhibition of contemporary Haitian art beginning Friday, Nov. 7.

This year’s exhibition is being held under the theme “Invented Realities,” featuring work from nine new artists including Martine Brisson, Philippe Dodard, Frederique Dupoux, Mireille Fombrun, Joseph Eddy Pierre, Pasko, Nathania Pericles, Francisco Silva and Gregory Vorbe.

Kolektif 509 aims to promote what it calls the “unique creative talent” of contemporary artists residing in Haiti.
