Palace Resorts has named Alan Doyle its new vice president of global sales, meetings and incentives, the company announced.

Doyle had previously been serving as the company’s corporate director of sales for meetings, incentives, conventions and events.

In his new role, Doyle will “lead the brand’s sales team, procure new partnerships, cultivate emerging markets and develop effective strategies with a focus on solution-based selling that enhances strong customer relationships,” the company said.

“After more than a decade learning the ropes in various positions within the company, Alan has been and continues to be a key force within the Palace Resorts family,” said Gibran Chapur, executive vice president and Palace Resorts. “As Palace Resorts continues to successfully expand beyond Mexico into new markets, we are solidifying our executive team with key players such as Alan, who possess the knowledge, experience and values that align with our brand.”

Palace Resorts operates a series of all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, with properties in Cancun, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres and the Riviera Maya, with another set to open in Jamaica’s Ocho Rios.
