New Resort to Open in Playa Mujeres

A new resort is coming to Playa Mujeres in Mexico.

Excellence Group Luxury Hotels and Resorts is opening the Finest Playa Mujeres on March 1, 2015, the company announced.

The property has nearly completed construction.

Excellence has three existing properties in the wider Caribbean region, including Excellence Riviera Cancun, Excellence Playa Mujeres and Excellence Punta Cana.

““Finest Playa Mujeres will offer a beautiful respite where couples, families, and groups can get away to celebrate and enjoy time together. It is a place that both stimulates the senses, yet relaxes the mind as time unfolds and balance returns,” said Alejandro Lazcano, marketing director of Excellence Group Luxury Hotels and Resorts.

The property will include 450 guest suites, including nine all-inclusive dining options, 10 swimming pools a fitness center and the resort’s ONE Spa and hydrotherapy facility.
