Rum Journal: A Memorable Cocktail From the Island of Abaco

Don’t be concerned if after slugging this fruity cocktail from Abaco Beach Resort you can’t quite remember it’s name. Save the worry for when you can’t remember yours! (But drink responsibly, folks!)

Ingredients

1 ounce pineapple rum

1 ounce mango rum

½ ounce blackberry brandy

2 ounces iced tea

1 ounce lemonade

½ ounce pineapple juice

½ ounce cranberry juice

Method

Mix all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake then and serve with a garnish of cherries and a pineapple wedge.
