No other cocktail screams “Caribbean!” louder than rum punch, and in this edition of Rum Journal, Anguilla’s CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa offers a quick and easy recipe that’ll transport you to the tiny tony island’s white-sand shores in a single sip.

CuisinArt’s Rum Punch

Ingredients

2 ounces Mount Gay rum
½ ounces banana liqueur
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce orange juice
½  ounce grenadine

Method

Shake and pour over ice. Garnish with a slice of lime and orange and a cherry.
