St Vincent and the Grenadines Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves has taken over responsibility for the Ministry of Works, the government announced Tuesday.
Gonsalves takes over the portfolio from Minister Julian Francis, who has been assigned to the Office of the Prime Minister “with special responsibilities,” the government said in a statement.
Gonsalves took over the Ministry of Works effective Tuesday, he announced during a media conference in the morning.
Gonsalves has been St Vincent and the Grenadines’ Prime Minister since 2001.
