Delta Airlines has officially launched its new weekly Friday flight from Atlanta to Bonaire.
The first new flight arrived at Bonaire’s Flamingo International Airport on Friday.

It comes in addition to the carrier’s existing Saturday service between Atlanta and Bonaire.
The flight is the first major expansion of service to the Dutch Caribbean island since the onset of the financial crisis.
Delta is operating the service on 737-800 planes with 16 business class and 138 economy seats.
