Aruba has the “I Love Aruba” sign, Curacao has its “Dushi” sculpture and St Lucia has the Pitons.
Now Cancun, Mexico is adding its name to the list of Caribbean destinations boasting camera-ready signature spots with a colorful installation of the city’s name, erected this summer on the shores of Playa Delfines.
Tourism officials hope it’ll become visitors’ go-to for group shots and selfies.
We just hope all those tourists remember to keep their fingers away from the lens.
