Rum Journal: A Frozen Mojito From Anguilla’s CuisinArt Resort

Hooray, it’s National Rum Month! And to celebrate, we’re sharing the recipes for some rummy Caribbean refreshers. First up, this minty mouthful from Anguilla’s CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa (where the mint comes fresh from their hydroponic farm). Cheers!

CuisinArt’s Fresh Frozen Mojito
Ingredients
2 oz. white rum
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simply syrup
fresh mint leaves
ice

Method

Blend all ingredients together, pour into a tall glass, and garnish with fresh mint
