I spent a week in Nevis recently, a magical trip that revolved around two resorts and imbibing at least that many tumblers of rum punch a day. After all, every hotel seemed to have their signature libation, and it would have been rude to refuse them, no? While they were all amazingly good (and amazingly strong), the version at Montpelier Plantation was by far the easiest to make, and I’m eager to try it at home. Kaddy, the resort’s much-loved bartender, was kind enough to show me how to whip one up. And now I’m paying it forward by sharing it with you. Bottoms up!
