The summit has quickly become one of the leading technology conferences in the region, bringing together entrepreneurs, government officials and others to discuss the latest trends in the industry.

Speakers at the conference were slated to include Jennifer Palhlka, the United States’ Deputy Chief Technology Officer at the White House’s Office of Science and Technology Policy; John Paul Farmer, director of technology and civic innovation at Microsoft and Santiago Zavala, venture partner at 500 Startups, Pepe Villatoro, CEO of Crowdfunder Mexico, among others.

Puerto Rico Alejandro Garcia Padilla was the keynote speaker at the event on Wednesday, discussing a project to bring fibre-optic capability to businesses and homes in San Juan and the launch of the government’s new Interconnection Data portal.
