Delta Airlines has announced the introduction of a new seasonal flight from New York City to Jamaica, the carrier announced in a release.
The new seasonal flight will operate every Saturday from New York to Kingston, beginning on Dec. 20.
The company said it was introducing the service “as a response to an increase in demand for more connections between United States cities and this Caribbean tourist destination on peak days.”
The flight comes after the carrier began offering Atlanta-Kingston service in December 2013.
The flight will depart every Saturday from New York’s John F Kennedy Airport at 5:00 PM and arrive around 8:50 PM in Kingston.
