The Villa Bel Esprit in St Barth has been listed for sale for $24.5 million, according to St Barth Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, which has the listing on the property.
The four-bedroom, six-bathroom estate, which was originally built in 1980, is perched above the beaches of St Barth’s Lorient Bay. It was recently restored and expanded by local architectural team ODP.
The property is located on a total area of 1.32 acres.
