The Villa Bel Esprit in St Barth has been listed for sale for $24.5 million, according to St Barth Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, which has the listing on the property.

The four-bedroom, six-bathroom estate, which was originally built in 1980, is perched above the beaches of St Barth’s Lorient Bay. It was recently restored and expanded by local architectural team ODP.

The property is located on a total area of 1.32 acres.

“The magic of Villa Bel Esprit touches everyone who visits,” said Tom Smyth, Vice President of St Barth Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. “The spectacular location and views are surpassed only by the craftsmanship of the 2008 expansion and renovation. The pictures only begin to tell the story of O.D.P.’s vision and mastery in finalizing the vision of this Caribbean paradise.”

The property also includes eight “case”-style pavilions inside its main house, a pool, an office, a deck and a state of the art kitchen.
