The Paradise Beach Nevis resort project is in the “final phase” of its renovations, according to the Nevis Island Administration.

The resort-style villa complex, formerly known as Villa Paradisio, is set for a grand opening later this year.

“We call it Paradise Beach Nevis, it’s a Boutique Resort; you can say villa complex. We will be adding resort type amenities for the guests that are coming,” said Laughton Grant, general manager of the property.

The renovations include a new check-in area for reception, a retail office, a gift shop, a lounge area and a beach bar.

Paradise Beach currently has seven units, five of which are 3,400-square-foot four-bedroom units, along with two three-bedroom units.

Grant said the project would have a soft opening in the late summer.
