And you can find it all at many premium airport lounges in the Caribbean. While some of these lounges are included for certain cardholders and airline members, we made sure to include only lounges where you can pay a one-time fee to get in to. Arguably the nicest of the region’s lounges, the kicker here is the expedited, personal escort through the airport security line. There’s not much like it anywhere in the Caribbean. And there’s even a small spa.
