You probably know of Le Toiny in St Barth, one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive hotels.

You may know of its rooms, or its service — or its food (indeed, CJ recently named Le Gaiac one of the top 50 restaurants in the Caribbean).

But it’s also home to some pretty serious punch.

The property has been kind enough to share its recipe for Toiny’s Punch, a tropical cocktail with an old Havana twist.

Here’s the recipe:

Toiny’s Punch

Ingredients:

5cl Havana Club 3 Years Old
2cl passion fruit
3cl mango juice
2cl spicy mango syrup
2 slices of fresh lime
1 old fashioned tumbler
ice cubes
