Jamaica played Panama to a scoreless draw in World Cup qualifying on Friday night at the Estadio Rommel Fernandez in Panama City.

Panama outplayed the Reggae Boyz, putting two shots on goal out of 15 total, while Jamaica did not manage a single shot on goal.

But despite a significant time-of-possession advantage for Panama — 62 percent to Jamaica’s 38 percent, the Reggae Boyz managed to keep it even at 0.

Rodolph Austin was ejected with a red card in the 58th minute, while two other Jamaicans, Donovan Ricketts and Marlon King, received yellow cards.

Panama’s Ramon Torres received his side’s only yellow card.

The loss means Jamaica is last in its group. Their next game is Sept. 10 against Costa Rica.
