The Zemi Beach luxury residential project in Anguilla has now completed construction on its first four residential homes.
The beachfront project, which is slated to open in the middle of 2015, will include 28 two- and three-bedroom residences on a 1,000-foot stretch of beach on Shoal Bay.
The units will range in size from 2,500 to 3,800 square feet.
The project, which was designed by Lane Pettigrew Associates, is the brainchild of developer Jeffrey Goldstein.
All of the units will be part of a managed hotel programme.
