Six Great Bars in Grand Cayman

Above: Tiki Beach in Grand Cayman

Grand Cayman is home to one of our favourite beaches in the Caribbean — Seven Mile Beach. It’s a wonderful destination for diving, snorkeling and just plain kicking back. But Grand Cayman also has some of the more robust nightlife around — whether you’re on the beach or not. Here’s a list of six great bars in Grand Cayman.

Macabuca

Part of a restaurant complex with the Cracked Conch, Macabuca is one of Cayman’s more popular bars, located on Seven Mile Beach.

Havana Club

Havana Club, located in a shopping plaza across the way from Seven Mile Beach, is primarily a cigar lounge, with a modern, Cuban-inspired feel. Light one up and enjoy a mojito.

Wreck Bar & Grill

At the tip of the famous Rum Point on the edge of Grand Cayman, this is a traditional beach bar.

Calico Jack’s

Set right on Seven Mile Beach, Calico Jack’s is a typically bustling bar — you’ll probably end up staying all day.

Deckers

It’s known mostly for two things — all-you-can-eat lobster and a giant, replica double-decker bus. But Deckers is also a great place to grab a beer and listen to live music.

Tiki Beach Grand Cayman

Tiki Beach is more of a beach lounge, with private cabanas and a French Polynesian kind of vibe. The cocktails are terrific.
