St Kitts: Imperial Bay Beach and Golf Residences Begins Construction

The $10 million Imperial Bay Beach and Golf Residences has begun construction on Half Moon Bay in St Kitts.

The project first broke ground in March.

“Basically we have mobilized and started construction on building one of the six buildings which will comprise the 84 condo units,” said Project Manager Faron Lawrence.

The project includes six buildings totaling 84 units, along with a swimming pool. It is being developed by Imperial Bay Beach & Golf Residences, which is owned by a partnership based in Dubai.
