The People’s National Movement won a landslide victory in elections for Tobago’s House of Assembly this week, with Orville London leading a sweep of all 12 seats in the legislative body.

London has been the Chief Secretary of Tobago’s House of Assembly for 12 years.

Antigua Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer chimed in on the vote, congratulating London on the victory and calling it a “renewed mandate to advance the economic and social aspirations” of Tobago.

This will be London’s fourth consecutive term leading Tobago’s House of Assembly.

The PNM is the Opposition party in Trinidad.
