Bahamas’ Pink Sands Resort Names New Executive Chef

The Pink Sands resort on Harbour Island in the Bahamas has named Chef Ed Boncich its new executive chef.

Bonich was most recently the executive chef at Bimini Bay Resort in the Bahamas and had previously been a consulting chef at the Ladera Resort in St Lucia and Tempo Hotel in Miami.

He previously worked as executive chef at the New York flagship of Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill.

He also formerly served as personal chef to Miami Heat Team President Pat Riley, among other postings.

Boncich will lead cuisine at Pink Sands’ Blue Bar and Garden Terrace restaurant.
