Royal Caribbean’s Brilliance of the Seas cruise ship made its first call in St Kitts this week.

The 2,500-passenger ship arrived in Basseterre Harbour on Tuesday before departing for nearby St Maarten.

Brilliance of the Seas is one of Royal Caribbean’s Radiance-Class ships.

A large number of passengers reportedly went ashore and took sight-seeing tours around the island, with stops at attractions like Brimstone Hill and the Romney Manor.

On Friday, the cruise season continued in St Kitts with the arrival of the 3,473-passenger Carnival Victory and the 2,435-passenger Vision of the Seas, both of which will dock at Port Zante.

Next week, the post will host more than 19,000 cruise ship visitors from various ships, led by the 3,840-passenger Explorer of the Seas.
