Following a visit with the Haitian community in Nassau, Haitian President Michel Martelly met today with Bahamian Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham.

The visit followed talks with a number of Bahamian officials, including Governor-General Sir Arthur Foulkes and National Security Minister Tommy Turnquest.

Martelly also met with Opposition Leader Perry Christie of the PLP party.

Martelly’s series of state visits has so far seen him travel, with a government delegation, to Venezuela and Panama.
