Guyana Names New Diplomats

Guyana has made several new appointments to its diplomatic corps, highlighted by naming George Talbot as Guyana’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations.

Talbot was previously the Charge d’Affaires of Guyana to the UN in New York.

The country also announced that Keith George has been named Ambassador to Suriname, Audrey Jardine-Waddell has been named Ambassador to the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR), Michael Brotherson has been appointed Consul General in Barbados and Esther Griffith has been named Chief of Protocol in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
