St Kitts’ Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport is set to welcome the first nonstop commercial flight by Air Canada to the country from Toronto.

Prime Minister Dr Denzil Douglas will be on hand along with Tourism Minister Richard Skerritt to welcome Air Canada Flight AC1778.

The flight will operate on Fridays, and will be the island’s only non-stop commercial flight from Canada.

The new schedule adds to a series of additional flights coming to the federation, including additional routes from San Juan.
