St Vincent and the Grenadines will be moving to strengthen its ties with Brazil, hoping to capitalize on the strength of the Brazilian economy, according to Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves.
Brazil is the largest member of the newly-founded Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), which St Vincent joined this week.
Brazil has displaced the United Kingdom as the fifth-largest economy in the world, Gonsalves noted.
