Barbados, China to Sign Loan Deals

Barbados and China are slated to sign two agreements totaling $6.1 million today.

The two agreements are aimed at facilitating economic and technical cooperation between the two governments, along with providing funds for joint projects between Barbados and China.

Barbados Finance Minister Christopher Sinckler will sign the agreements on behalf of Barbados, while Chinese Ambassador Wei Qiang Wang will sign for his country during the official ceremony at government headquarters.
