The massive Baha Mar resort project in Nassau has signed agreements with Hyatt Hotels, Rosewood and the Morgans Hotel Group to manage hotels at the project.

Hyatt will manage the planned 700-room Grand Hyatt convention hotel at the site, Morgans will manage a 300-room hotel under the Mondrian brand and Rosewood will operate a 200-room luxury hotel.

“Our hotel partners have embraced the vision of Baha Mar, which is to capture the true spirit of the region’s rich heritage of African, European and Caribbean influences while delivering the very highest levels of quality and service,” said Sarkis Izmirlian, chairman and CEO of Baha Mar. “The successful completion of our management agreements with Hyatt, Morgans and Rosewood is a significant milestone for Baha Mar as we continue to turn this vision into a reality.”

The Baha Mar project is valued at $3.4 billion.
