The Pan Caribbean Partnership against HIV and AIDS has named Juliet Bynoe-Sutherland its new director. A native of Barbados, Bynoe-Sutherland has worked for more than 16 years in both the regional and international public health fields. An attorney, she is interested in policy and law reform in the Caribbean region, with an emphasis on gender and human rights advocacy. “I look forward to working with the team and our committed partners to end the dual epidemic of HIV and related stigma,” she said.
