Serik Amirov, the vice-chairperson of Kazakhstan’s Commission of Economic Collaboration, met yesterday with acting Secretary-General Lolita Applewhaite at CARICOM’s headquarters in Georgetown, Guyana. Amirov was joined by Olzhas Toguzbayev, vice director of the consular services department at Kazakhstan’s Foreign Ministry and Beisenbek Duisebayev, charge d’affaires for Kazakhstan in Cuba.
