Sir Edwin Carrington Receives Order of Caribbean Community

Sir Edwin Carrington, former secretary-general of CARICOM and Trinidad’s current ambassador to the body, was conferred with the Order of the Caribbean Community at the Meeting of the Heads of Government. Carrington, the longest-serving secretary general in the history of CARICOM.
