Trinidad Culture Delegation to Cuba

Trinidad and Tobago is sending a delegation of local artists and cultural works to Cuba, led by Minister of the Arts and Multiculturalism Winston Peters. The group will be attending the 31st Annual Caribbean Festival in Santiago de Cuba from July 3 to July 9th. The festival is dedicated to a different country each year, and this year’s recognizes Trinidad and Tobago. The Trinidad contingent is part of a group of 25 countries attending the festival, which will focus on a number of Caribbean art forms, from Steelpan to African drumming.
