St. Barth Properties is introducing two new properties to their villa portfolio in St Barth: Villa Java and Villa Coquillage.

The villa’s outdoor areas feature a covered terrace, a heated extra-long infinity pool on the deck and a private beach area.

Villa Coquillage is named for its proximity to one of St. Barth’s most popular spots– Shell Beach.
