The Hilton Aruba has named a new executive chef to its team, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The Palm Beach hotel has tapped American-born, French-trained Chef Matt Boland for the role.
Boland plans to develop a “fresh concept” for the hotel’s Gilligan’s Beach Bar and Grill, along with expanding the steakhouse experience at the Sunset Grille, according to a statement.
Boland is a veteran of the Aruba hospitality industry, having most recently served as a regional executive chef with Divi.
