Villas of Distinction Adds New Caribbean Destination

Villas of Distinction has added a new Caribbean destination: Nevis.

Villas of Distinction is offering villas that are part of Four Seasons Resort and Paradise Beach.

The property has 20 rentable properties at Four Seasons and five at Paradise Beach.

“Nevis is truly the Caribbean’s best-kept secret,” said Steve Lassman, vice president of villa product and agency relations for Villas of Distinction. “We want to offer our clients truly remarkable, unique and private destinations where they can unplug and relax in some of the most breathtaking areas of the world, and Nevis is one of those places.”

Visitors to the luxury homes at the Four Seasons Resort will enjoy access to resort amenities including fitness facilities, dining, spa, golf and family activities.

Services include newspaper with breakfast, bottled water at turndown and twice-daily housekeeping services.

All of the villas at Four Seasons Resort Nevis allow guests to combine a private residence with full access to the resort’s amenities and services, including an 18-hole championship golf course; 10 tennis courts; three beachside infinity pools; access to the three-mile Pinney’s Beach non-motorized water sports and four cabana-style beach houses for daily rental; kids and teens programs; air-conditioned sports pavilion; and a spa with 12 treatment rooms.

The company also offers three- and four-bedroom Beachfront and Garden villas in Nevis at Paradise Beach, the only private villa resort on Nevis.

The upstairs private king suite opens to a balcony with panoramic views of the ocean and a spacious outdoor shower room for bathing in a private tropical garden.

Each villa features private patios and plunge pools.

Paradise Beach Resort and its adjacent Beach Bar are open exclusively for Paradise Beach guests.

Services include an on-call butler, on-site concierge, General Manager, and daily housekeeping and turn-down service tailored to individual guests’ needs.
