The Oyster Bay Beach Resort is set to hold a grand opening of its newly-remodeled Infinity Restaurant and Bar.

The debut comes after a $1 million, six-month renovation project completed by Pearl Development.

“Our goal was to make the Infinity Restaurant and Bar one of the island’s most elegant, beautiful dining and socializing locations,” said OBBR General Manager Ricardo Perez. “It features spectacular views of the Atlantic, along with a clear view of the beautiful St. Barth island just 10 miles away.”

The project includes a completely remodeled dining room and bar, all new furniture, lighting fixtures and chandeliers, modern artwork and other decorations.

It also includes the addition of a new lounge.

“The remodeled bar allows us to accommodate more than double the patrons than before,” said Perez. “Plus, customers will love relaxing on the ocean front deck as they enjoy the glow of the fire pit.”

Enzo LaRosa, Oyster Bay’s food and beverage manager, known for his family’s St Maarten restaurant, LaRosa, updated the menu.
