How to Live on a Private Island in Turks and Caicos

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - March 16, 2016

It’s perhaps the most exclusive place in a destination known for exclusivity: the private island called Parrot Cay, home to the Parrot Cay by COMO luxury resort.

But it isn’t just a resort: it’s a residential community, too, meaning a host of spacious, luxury beachfront villas to choose from.

And now there are more.

Parrot Cay has announced the construction of four new beach houses at Parrot Cay Estate on the island’s North Shore Beach.

The homes will each have three bedrooms across 6,280 indoor square feet, and are slated for completion by the end of this year.

Each house will have open-plan living and dining areas, infinity pools and, most importantly, 115 feet of beach.

The homes also come with resort amenities, meaning use of the hotel’s restaurants, access to the COMO Shambhala Retreat and 24-hour butler service.

Starting prices for the homes are $6.5 million.
