How to Lose It at St Lucia’s BodyHoliday

When it comes to wellness resorts in the Caribbean, St Lucia’s BodyHoliday is right at the top.

Now, the resort is offering guests a new kind of Caribbean summer vacation: “Lose It, Tone It.”

The programme comes in either three-day, five-day or seven-day experiences, with a range of activities, treatments and more to get guests in shape for the summer.

That includes everything from a lifestyle and nutrition consultation to body stats and spa treatments, and even “Spoga,” a combination of spinning and yoga in the resort’s Tree House spin studio.

The 154-room, all-inclusive resort is located on Cariblue Beach near Castries, the island’s capital.
