Kingsley Blake has been the concierge at the Round Hill hotel in Jamaica since 1974, and you’d be hard pressed to find a former guest who didn’t have wonderful things to say about him. Blake is a quintessential hotel concierge, concerned with one overarching philosophy: making guests happy.
