The new Blue Haven Resort and Marina is set to open in Turks and Caicos in the late autumn of this year.

The boutique property, located in Providenciales, is set to debut on Dec. 5 with 35 suites and a 78-slip marina.

It will include three dining venues, including SALT Bar & Grill, which has already opened, along with the “Marketplace” deli and cafe and a third, as-yet-unnamed restaurant. The latter is scheduled to open in 2014.

The resort said rooms would range from 600 square feet to 2,650-square-foot three-bedroom suites.

The marina will include an on-site customs and immigration service.
